How to Get to Gibsons Landing, British Columbia

Gibsons, BC, Canada is located closest to the BC Ferry Terminal in Langdale arriving from the Vancouver mainland. The community is located on the lower Sunshine Coast section, just south of Sechelt and Roberts Creek.

Arriving from the city of Vancouver: Board a BC Ferry from Horseshoe Bay in Vancouver to Langdale on the Sunshine Coast. From the BC Ferry take a left into Gibsons. It is about a half hour drive.

From Comox Valley on Vancouver Island: Approaching Gibsons, B.C. from the long way around from northern side of the Sunshine Coast, you first board a BC Ferry from the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island. Here there is the Little River BC Ferry Terminal which takes you directly to the community of Powell River and then a short 35+ km drive south to Saltery Bay BC Ferry Terminal.

In Saltery Bay you take another BC Ferry ride to Earl's Cove. From the BC Ferry terminal continue on Hwy 101 south visiting Pender Harbour, Halfmoon Bay. About 15 km south from the turn off to Halfmoon Bay, you'll visit Sechelt. Continue on for 45 minutes visiting Roberts Creek until you reach Gibsons.
