How to get to Pender Harbour

Pender Harbour, British Columbia is located south of the Earls Cove BC Ferry Terminal on the northern point of the lower Sunshine Coast region. From the City of Vancouver, BC: You need to board a BC Ferry from Horseshoe Bay (Vancouver Mainland) to Langdale (Sunshine Coast) which is on the southern most tip of the Sunshine Coast closest to the community of Gibsons. From there, travel north on Highway 101 for about 1-2 hours visiting with Sechelt, BC working your way toward Pender Harbour. From Comox Valley on Vancouver Island: When island hopping and approaching Pender Harbour from the northern side of the Sunshine Coast from the community of Comox Valley on Vancouver Island one must board the Little River BC Ferry which takes you directly to the community of Powell River, BC. FROM there drive a short 35+ km south to Saltery Bay. At Saltery Bay another BC Ferry ride takes you to Earl's Cove on the lower Sunshine Coast where you continue driving south to Pender Harbour along Hwy 101. |
